This is in regard to the recent listing of our home by Kris Schumacher and Jimmy Vickery. Upon listing our property we received a copy of a document entitled "Sellers Service Pledge." That document contained 11 services the listing agents were to provide. It also had your name as a primary contact for any question, concern, comment, or suggestion.
Throughout the listing period the services provided by Ms. Schumacher and Mr. Vickery went well beyond that pledge. Indeed, on the several occasions when we were out of town for extended periods, both agents met other agents and their prospective clients at our home to disable our alarm system and allow them access into our home. During our away periods they monitored our home, visiting it frequently to ensure that nothing was amiss, and even taking the time to water our plants. During the Broker Open House, Ms. Schumacher and Mr. Vickery provided delicious food items, catered the entire affair, and networked our property in a very professional manner. Each time we placed telephone calls to either Ms. Schumacher or Mr. Vickery, they were always available to us. If we left messages, our calls were usually returned within minutes. The flier box on the outside property sign always contained an adequate number of fliers. They aggressively followed-up on prospective leads. On the five offers that we received during the listing period, Ms. Schumacher and Mr. Vickery offered us objective opinions and valuable information on the adequacy and the acceptability of each of these offers. Indeed, our confidence in their input resulted in receiving a very acceptable offer. However, their services did not stop there.
Ms. Schumacher and Mr. Vickery closely monitored the process from the home inspection to the new buyer recordation. They kept us informed each step of the way, including e-mailing us a copy of the inspection report during our vacation in Mexico. They made sure that the closing process was done timely and efficiently. They even followed-up with us to ensure that the proceeds were timely wired into our bank account. In summary, their collaborative efforts at selling our home were well beyond our expectations. We commend both Ms. Schumacher and Mr. Vickery for their friendship, and their outstanding service to us. They are truly shining examples of excellence in their field.
